Matthews, NC-based Paceline in late March acquired Orlando, FL-based Orthomerica’s Seal PVA business.
“The addition of the Seal PVA business adds to Paceline’s growing portfolio of lamination products, including closed-end PVA [polyvinyl alcohol], resins, carbon, nyglass, FeatherStretch, and more,” noted David Glontz, Paceline director of sales, in a company release.
Seal PVA item numbers will remain, and the only change effective immediately is that all new orders will now come from Paceline.
