The New Economy, a quarterly technology and innovation magazine and website, in August recognized South Windsor, CT-based Oxford Performance Materials (OPM) with its “Best Global Company for 3D Healthcare Innovation” award.
The New Economy gives the accolade to companies breaking ground in technology, energy, business, and strategy.
OPM received the award for its development of additive manufacturing techniques with the ultra-high performance polymer poly-ether-ketone-ketone (PEKK) that allow it to print patient-specific functional and biocompatible prosthetic implants.
