Hames Ortho Tech introduces the Hames Air Brace, a day brace for treating plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis. When in use, with each step the heel is cushioned by a U-shaped bladder surrounding the plantar insert. Air is displaced from this bladder to air cells behind the Achilles tendon, massaging the area. Removable stays located along the Achilles tendon add support and increase pressure. Designed to be worn in a shoe, the Hames Air Brace is made from a rigid, ballistic poly-fiber material that is latex-free, rubber-free, lightweight, and easy to apply.
