YogaPro has introduced YogaToes Gems, a “lite” version of its original YogaToes footcare product. Like the original YogaToes, the Gems exercise and stretch foot muscles, which in turn helps improve foot posture. YogaToes Gems feature an under-toe lift bar that stretches and extends toes outward, away from the ball of the foot. Separation struts help stretch and align the toes laterally. The Gems provide the same benefit as YogaToes but are a bit easier to put on because the top rail is absent. Patients who have severe foot problems or have trouble reaching their feet may prefer the YogaToes Gems.
