ComfortFit Labs now offers a rigid carbon Morton’s Extension option for any of the company’s graphlite composite orthotic devices. Thinner and lighter than the company’s other orthotic shells, the graphlite composite shells are designed for semiactive to active patients needing maximum support and control in a limited space. The Morton’s Extension modification is designed to be used when mobility of the first metatarsal joint must be drastically limited. In addition to the Morton’s Extension option, ComfortFit Labs also offers a full custom graphlite foot plate for patients who need the entire forefoot immobilized.
