Sports medicine specialists from The Ohio State University and the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital are offering their 12th Annual ACL Workshop in Cincinnati at the hospital’s Medical Education Resource Center on October 11.
The full-day workshop, which focuses on anterior cruciate ligament injury prevention and training and rehabilitation of at-risk athletes, will feature hands-on opportunities with 3D motion analysis to teach athlete screening techniques and neuromuscular training methods emphasizing proper core and knee control and landing techniques.
