Topical Gear has released the ACL Tube. Inventor Bill Bue and his team developed the light- weight (2 oz) brace that applies topical pressure on the medial quadriceps and hamstring muscles. This is designed to help correct the strength and activation imbalances in those muscles that are often seen in female athletes, which in turn will help prevent anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury or facilitate recovery after ACL re-construction. The ACL Tube is worn above the knee, which minimizes migration and does not limit an athlete’s range of motion. It is available in seven sizes (XXS to XL), based on thigh circumference.
