RecoveryPump Muscle Therapy

The RecoveryPump delivers medical grade compression to help reduce fatigue, soreness, and inflammation. Intermittent pneumatic compression works with the body to increase blood circulation and achieve in one to two hours the muscle recovery that would take the body 12 to 48 hours to accomplish alone. The RecoveryPump can be used for 15 to 20 minutes before exercise for the effect of a warm-up without the energy expenditure, or for 30 to 45 minutes after a workout, while the vascular system is still dilated. The pump can be used every day for aggressive treatment of fatigued muscles.
