Other features include a strong, medical-grade foot support; double layer, shock-absorbing EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate)/Poron cushioning for comfort; friction-reducing, antimicrobial topcover fabric; and a deep heel cradle and Poron heel pad to stabilize the heel during heel strike.
