Trulife introduces the new PC (polycentric) Friction Control Knee with Lock. The new SSK602L and SSK604L are Trulife’s latest locking knees. Lightweight and durable, they can be used either in a locked position or in free motion. Both prosthetic knees have a constant friction braking mechanism, which, along with the spring-loaded extension, helps create a natural gait. The SSK602L weighs 1.4 lb, has an effective build height of 4.8″, and is constructed with a proximal pyramid. The SSK604L weighs 1.2 lb, has an effective build height of 5.4″, and has an attached disarticulation bracket/threaded 4-hole.
