The American Society of Orthopedic Professionals and The American Association of Orthotic Fitters have announced their first combined Orthopedic Technology Course, to be held August 22-26 in Indian Rocks Beach, FL.

The new training program for Orthopedic Technology Assistants will include 35 hands-on hours and 25 hours of home study. The $2000 tuition includes all books and supplies. Continental breakfast and lunch is provided each day.  Classes are limited to eight students. Continuing education hours have been applied for.

The course is open to employees of orthopedic offices and hospital departments. Other allied health professionals may apply on a case-by-case basis.
