Auckland, New Zealand-based I Measure U opened an Indiegogo campaign in June to raise funds for a production run of its I Measure U Run (IMU-Run), a wearable sensor to measure and monitor tibial shock and cumulative load for runners.
The device fits on runners’ ankles and sends data to a smartphone app wearers can use to evaluate tibial shock under various conditions.
