The Iliotibial Band Wrap helps reduce pain on the outside of the knee, alleviating conditions of iliotibial band syndrome. Applied above the patella with the compression pad on the lateral aspect of the leg, the Iliotibial Band Compression Wrap provides warmth and targeted compression, stabilizing the iliotibial band, absorbing stress to the area, and reducing rubbing and irritation on the femoral condyle. The band is 2” wide, adjustable and made from Velcro-compatible neoprene. One size fits all.
