Earlier this month Mpower Sports and Recreation, an online resource for active individuals with disabilities, launched its website, which features interactive education and information about adaptive sports and recreation.
Mpower Sports and Recreation’s mission is educating individuals and promoting activities that can be adapted to all abilities, said its founder and CEO Rob Mueller, who, since 1995, has been leading adaptive sports programs from Alaska to Argentina. Through the new website, Mueller hopes to help people stay active and healthy, have fun, be social, and experience competition.
Visitors to the site, mpower-sports.com, can watch videos about different adaptive sports and activities, read the Mpower blog, find a local program or event, link to related social media sites, and more.
