Lower Extremity Review premiered at APMA in Toronto. This new magazine was met with tremendous acceptance and appreciation from practitioners and advertisers. LER clearly filled a void in the multi-disciplinary lower extremity marketplace. Here we see founder and publisher, Rich Dubin with founding dean of Western University’s College of Podiatric Medicine, Lawrence Harkless, DPM .
