Spenco Med wins customer service award

Bethlehem, PA-based third-party customer service provider LiveHelpNow recognized Spenco Medical in April with its monthly Best Customer Service award.

LiveHelpNow is the interface that representatives of the Waco, TX-based footwear company use to chat live with online customers.

Spenco.com had more than 20,000 visitors and representatives answered more than 250 questions via live chat in March, the month for which Spenco received the award.
