Ronkonkoma, NY-based Langer Biomechanics announced new educational offerings for practitioners specializing in lower extremity healthcare with its Comprehensive Orthopedic Management of Lower Extremity Ailments (COMLEA) seminar series and the debut of the no-cost After Hours Ankle Foot Orthoses Workshop program.
The COMLEA seminar is a two-day biomechanics and practice management educational event that will provide attendees with a review of lower limb biomechanics and related conditions, practice management tools necessary to integrate an durable medical equipment program, and DME coding, billing, and compliance review.

The After Hours AFO Workshops are held from 6:30 to 9 pm. The new no-cost, three-hour workshops are designed to refresh attendees on clinical indications, patient assessment, and prescription writing for AFO therapy and update them on appropriate device types and AFO billing, coding, and compliance review.
