BOC wins Stevie for high-tech service

The Owings Mills, MD-based Board of Certification/Accreditation (BOC) won for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service at the 2014 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service banquet held February 21 in Las Vegas.

The award recognizes customer-friendly technological improvements to BOC’s website, including the recent launch of an online continuing education portal, the accrediting organization reported.

This is the second consecutive year the BOC has been recognized for outstanding customer service.
