The Saebo MyoTrac Infiniti, developed jointly by Saebo and Thought Technology, is a portable all-in-one biofeedback stimulation clinical solution with two new features. The first-of-its-kind Reciprocal EMG Triggered Stimulation (RETS) is for patients with increased tone. Deactivation of a hypertonic muscle group is rewarded with stimulation of the opposing weakened muscles. The second feature, the Specialized Foot Drop Stimulation Program, stimulates the nerves and muscles involved in foot clearance based on the user’s electromyographic signal, an approach designed to facilitate motor relearning.
