Prosthetic Swim Joint

The new swim joint by Swim Again is designed to give lower limb amputees the freedom of swimming without the hassle of specialized prosthetics. The joint can be released with a pull pin, allowing the user to walk to and from the water unassisted and eliminating the need for a separate water-sports device. The stainless steel model, which allows for salt water activity, weighs 1.39 lbs; the titanium model weighs less than a pound. The Swim Again joint should be a one-time purchase unless lost as the only part that will need to be replaced is the locking pin. One extra pin is included with every order.
