Össur has launched Rebound Hip, a comfortable, lightweight postoperative brace for patients recovering from hip arthroscopy, gluteus medius repair, or hamstring repair surgery. The universal belt fits hip circumferences up to 48″, and an optional belt extender accommodates hip circumferences up to 67″. The lightweight, universally sized frame features a quick-fit sliding mechanism that allows clinicians to easily fit patients of varying heights. The Rebound Hip brace is available with or without a hinge that can easily be adjusted by the clinician to allow hip abduction/adduction between 0° and 10°, 20°, or 30°.
