New from the Leeder Group is the Kydex-Pro ankle contracture boot. Kydex is a strong and relatively hard thermoplastic material, with a hardness of 90 on the Rockwell R scale, but can be easily molded and reformed in the field. The ankle contracture boot is intended for treatment of nonfixed plantar flexion contracture, plantar fasciitis, heel float, foot drop, or Achilles tendinitis. It features a no-strap, low pressure application and a fast-lock transfer pad. Cure-Ban is engineered into the soft cover for antimicrobial and moisture wicking properties. Meets requirements for codes L-4396 and L-1930.
