Dynamic Tape is a strongly elastic tape, developed by an Australian musculoskeletal physiotherapist, which helps reduce tendon load. Dynamic Tape allows the wearer to move through full range of motion without limitation but with strong biomechanical assistance (as opposed to a primary neurophysiological approach). Dynamic Tape can strongly assist or resist movement and facilitate or inhibit and offload tissue through a full range of motion. This is possible because of its highly elastic nature and four-way stretch, which is necessary when taping multijoint muscles or allowing complex, 3D movements.
