The Indianapolis, IN-based International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS) in February made Current Sports Medicine Reports (CSMR) the organization’s official journal. It’s now available to all FIMS members at acsm-csmr.org.
CSMR is published by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and helmed by editor-in-chief William O. Roberts, MD, MS. The journal divides sports medicine into 12 sections, each headed by a physician editor with extensive practical experience in that area. It is included in the Thomson Reuters database, and in the last two years has seen 50% growth in its impact factor, according to an ACSM release.
